Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty products, provided they are in new, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@harrencole.com to register your return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions.


How to Return an Item

1. Register your return

Send an email to info@harrencole.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

2. Prepare the product

Pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging, to avoid damage during transport.

3. Send the package

Returns must be sent by post with tracking (Track & Trace) at the customer’s own cost and risk. A return label can be downloaded and printed.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 7 days via the original payment method used for the purchase.


Exchanges

We also accept requests for exchanges within the 14-day period.

Exceptions

For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Underwear

  • Bikinis

  • Make-up

  • Beauty and personal care items

  • Health-related products


Cancellations

Order cancellations are only possible shortly after placing your order.
